Well it's Finally Ready... The Braided With Love Ear Warmer!! Just in time for Valentines Day.💞 This would be a Perfect & Easy Gift for the day we Celebrate LOVE!!
This is such a fun and fast pattern. In less than 1 hour, you are already done and onto your next. 😉 I designed this cute ear warmer to match my Braided With Love Jacket pattern.

Materials:
Crochet Hook Size J/6 mm
Worsted weight yarn
Tapestry needle
Scissors
Thread
Needle
2 Buttons
Sizes:
*Teen/Adult (circumference 22”, hat height 8”)
*Head circumference is actual head measurement.
Gauge:
3 hdc + 2 rows = 1”
Approximately 30 yards used
Abbreviations:
Slip stitch - SL st
Chain - CH
Yarn over – YO.
Space-sp.
Skip space -sk
Single crochet – sc.
Half Double Crochet- hdc.
Notes:
*Everything in ( ) means to do those stitches in the same stitch
Pattern
1. Ch 12, hdc in 2nd ch1 from hook and in every ch across, turn. (11 hdc)
2. Ch1, hdc in same st and in next 2 sts, (hdc, ch 10, sc), hdc next 3, (hdc, ch 10, sc), hdc next 3, turn. (2 loops, 11 hdc, 2 sc)
• The top 4 in RED are for row 2 and every even row • The bottom 4 in BLUE are for row 3 and every odd row 3. (Work in ONLY the hdc sts, SKIP the sc) Ch1, hdc across, turn. (11 hdc)
4. Rep rows 2 & 3 --- 21 more times.
• If you have a smaller head subtract, 2 rows at a time until it fits properly
• If you need the ear warmer bigger, add 2 rows at a time until it fits
5. Start at the opposite end and braid all the way down.
Flip the ear warmer inside out so the braids are on the inside, put both end together & line up the sts. Ch1, sc through the 1st st of both end together and in every st across.
*Finish off, weave in the ends
6. Place your buttons at the opposite end of the loose loops. Sew both buttons on, then wrap the loops around the buttons.
