Victorian Pullover - Crochet Sweater Pattern

-by Anastasia Smith

Looking for a new item for those cool fall days? The Victorian Pullover will become your

favorite staple piece this fall. Its stitches and fit keeps you nice and cozy even on the

coldest nights. Beautiful, textured yet simplistic stitches create the body of this design,

which is worked in one piece from the bottom up. The sleeves have a mixture of lace

stitches to give you the feel of the dresses from the Victorian Era, which gives you an

elegant look. Don’t be intimidated by those lace sleeves, they are really easy to create.

This pattern is exclusively in the Crochet Foundry Magazine until this winter. With so many pretty designs in the Crochet Foundry Fall Magazine, why not get them all at a wonderful low price.

Bring the colors of the desert into your wardrobe with a beautiful crochet garment. This pullover uses WeCrochet Gloss Dk Yarn & Gloss Fingering Yarn. As the weather begins to change, keep warm in your new cozy fashion sweater.

*I crochet loosely, if you are a tight crocheter I suggest going up a hook size or 2. Just

make sure to check gauge 1st.

*This pullover is worked in 1 piece, from the bottom up. You start with making 2 panels

& then you connect them to build the body, working your way up to the shoulders.

Then you sc, sl st, or sew up the panels together to create the shoulders & arm holes.

You then crochet directly around the arm holes to create the sleeves.

*Beginning Ch 1 DOES NOT count as 1st stitch.

* Anything in between ( ) means that the entire sequence is worked in the same space

* Anything in between * * means you repeat that specific sequence until specified.

* If the number is before a stitch that means that is how many stitches you make in 1

space.

Example: 2sc – 2 sc in the same st
